In case you wish to return or exchange your garment, there are just a couple of things you must know:
- You can return or exchange any garment up to seven (7) days from the date you receive your final order.
- You are responsible for shipping the products back to Identity Apparel Inc. We are not responsible for any costs associated with that shipment back to us. We will not refund you for any of the shipping and handling costs that you incur.
- If you want your garment replaced, you need to give us a total of 30 business days to get your exchanged merchandise back to you from the date that we get it.
