Privacy Guarantee
At Identity Apparel, we take great pride on our customers privacy and security. We’ve established a secure proof processing and tracking system from the moment you place your order to the day you receive it in the mail. It’s our top priority to keep your vital and personal information secure.
Please go through the content below to help you understand how everything is conducted.
- Every single order has it’s own 6 digit serial number which is used to track your DNA, fingerprint, or kiss sample from start to finish.
- We conduct all DNA analysis in-house, therefore it doesn’t leave our hands to any 3rd party.
- Your real name is never written on anything, whether on the mail, collection kits, database, etc.
- All DNA, Kiss, and Fingerprint samples are destroyed after successfully delivering you the final product.
- There are not enough DNA sequences taken to decipher your genetic code or to re-create it. We take only a portion of your DNA each time, and nobody will ever know from which area we take it from.
DNA Procedures
- As soon as you place your order online, Identity Apparel Inc. will send you a collection kit with an enclosed unique six-digit serial number. This number is used to help us track and identify your sample as soon as we receive it. During DNA extraction we don’t know who the actual sample belongs to. We can only identify each sample by its number. This tracking number is associated with your name and contact information only within our secure order entry database. This database is only accessed by the highest ranking executives at the company.
- All of our lab work is done in-house, this way we don’t have to work with any 3rd parties.
- Guaranteed anonymity was the first condition we established at our company. We do not gather or record any genetic information that could be used for identification purposes. Your unique DNA clothing garment is a fashionable, that’s it.
- It is impossible for anyone to analyze which segments or sequence of your DNA we use in any of our experiments.
Fingerprint Procedures
All private information is kept secret and protected from start to finish. You can be sure that your identity will never be revealed. We have implemented rigorous measures to promise the highest level of individual privacy:
- Your unique fingerprints are examined only by our qualified and knowledgeable team.
- We don’t’ deal with or share any information with anybody else. Your fingerprint sample is destroyed after we scan only the fingerprint you wish to use for your garment.
- We keep a digital copy of the fingerprint on a secure database on a local computer for up to 3 months in case we need to reprint a copy for you. If you request it, the electronic version can be deleted upon request.
Please contact us at support@identityapparel.com should you have any further questions or concerns regarding privacy or security issues.
