From start to finish employees of Identity Apparel personally inspect the garments to ensure the highest quality. We make certain that the clothing articles being sent out are exactly as the customer ordered and we take great pride in our customer satisfaction.

Our entire operation is done in-house, NO OUTSOURCING, all of our facilities from genetic lab work to printing your clothing garments are done internally. There are no 3rd party sub-contractors. We decided to keep everything in-house for security and privacy reasons, since we are dealing with valuable personal information that is kept on our secure server.  This allows us to uphold our high standards of quality and in turn we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.

As mentioned before we take great pride on our unique product and its quality. If you have any concerns or are unhappy with your product, we will do everything in our power to make you content. If you don’t like your product we would be happy to reprint the garment for you free of charge or give all your money back.
